Unlike this website, we take our products seriously.
To make our items more affordable, we may use a 3rd party print provider to manufacture and ship our items directly to you.
Our partners are based in the a varity of different locations around the world, and are some of the largest variable data printing companies in the world.
Change of mind / incorrect items / incorrect delivery address
All of our products are unique and produced on demand as soon as you order. This does mean returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items. It also means you must ensure the correct address is entered as this can not be changed after ordering.
Damaged items, manufacturing errors
We offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. please just get in touch with us and send details of the issue and a photo of any damage.
Shipping Location
We have a large network of printing partners, if you are based outside the NZ we will most likely use a different partner to get your order to you quickly.
Shipping times
As soon as you order, the details are sent to our printing partner. To ensure you get your new items quickly, printing generrly starts the same day.
Below is the standard shipping times. Please note COVID has thrown a curve ball so these do vary.
USA, UK. Europe – Shipping up to 5 – 7 business days
Canada, Norway, Australia, New Zealand – Shipping up to 5 – 15 business days
Rest of the world – Shipping up to 5 – 30 business days
